    ACCOUNTING GROUP - A Division of the Administration Group

    The Accounting Group is assigned with financial transactions for The Amazing Race Edmonton. This includes but is not     limited too accepting fee transactions, budget management and financial sponsorship arrangements.

    The Social Media Group manages all social media platforms and related activities including online marketing, team profiles     and advertising with sponsors.

REGISTRATION GROUP

The Registration Group is responsible for managing the race application process and selecting the final twelve (12) teams who will race in The Amazing Race Edmonton. This includes reviewing applications (audition, pre-registration, registration) and hosting interviews.

SPONSORS GROUP

The Sponsors Group maintains corporate relations with sponsors and ensures all organizations and people that work with The Amazing Race Edmonton are satisfied with their experience. Select sponsors may work with the Race Operations Group as opposed to the Sponsors Group, depending on the sponsor's role.

VOLUNTEERS GROUP

The Volunteers Group is responsible for managing the volunteer application process and selecting successful candidates who will represent the staff of The Amazing Race EdmontonThey review applications, hold interviews and assign successful candidates to positions based on their skill set and background.

RACE OPERATIONS GROUP

The Race Operations Group is responsible for designing the race route and accompanying challenges, as a result they function as a separate entity from all other teams and perform their responsibilities confidentially. This includes but is not limited to creating clues, sealing race envelopes, briefing teams and working privately with select venues/facilities/sponsors. Race Operations Associates are also positioned along the race route on race day to monitor the progress of all teams.
